    1. Preheat the oven to 180 C / 160 C fan / Gas 4.
    2. Soften the margarine or butter in microwave in large mixing bowl, cooking for just 10 seconds at a time until softened. Remove from the microwave and add all remaining ingredients to same bowl. Mix with spoon to start off then finish with hands to combine everything well.
    3. Hand roll 20 golf ball size amounts of the mixture and place them spaced out on a large baking tray or 2 medium trays.
    4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes on the tray before transferring to a cooling rack to cool completely. Enjoy!

You can replace the raisins with chocolate drops or M&Ms® and use the leftover condensed milk to make a second batch the next day!

So easy to make and absolutely lovely. Condensed milk is a great idea.  -  17 Jul 2017

Amazingly morish biscuits. I added chopped nuts and chocolate and made 3 batches , 2 to freeze and one to eat that day, EVERYONE loved them. I am about to make another huge batch for the freezer - which works really well as I work long hours and it's nice for teenagers to have something they can bake when they get home from school.  -  15 Nov 2015
