About this recipe:More a thickie than a smoothie but a total yumfest, nonetheless! I made this early on a wet November Saturday morning and took it back to bed to savour. A perfect start to a weekend. Just a thought: I chop up a load of fruit and freeze them on trays then bag them into what ever 'portion' size I want.

Add to blender/whizzer in the order above and blitz/pulse until combined. Pour the creamy thickie into a very large glass (I use a pint glass and it almost fits in), add a wide straw and enjoy! Scrumdiddlyumptious!
Feel free to substitute with milk from any other animal or plant (e.g. goat's milk or soya milk).
