    About this recipe: This isn't really for autumn/winter, though this is delicious and worth a try! Could add another fruit like raspberries.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 400g strawberries
    • 250g marscarpone cheese
    • 400g condensed milk
    • cones and sprinkles to serve

    Method
    Prep:15min  ›  Extra time:6hr freezing  ›  Ready in:6hr15min 

    1. Hull the strawberries and cut in half. Tip them into a flat-bottomed, freezer friendly dish. Use a potato masher or blender to crush the strawberries.
    2. Add the marscarpone cheese and mix. This might be a bit lumpy but it is alright. Add the condensed milk and stir. This could become a bit streaky but it doesn't matter.
    3. Put in the freezer for about 6 hours and serve in ice-cream cones or just add sprinkles.
