Preheat the oven to to 230 C / Gas 8. Line a baking tray with baking parchment.
Mix the ingredients in a bowl till well combined. Roll the dough to about 2.5cm balls and put them on the baking tray. Use a fork to flatten them out a bit.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and leave to cool on a cooling rack before serving.
