    About this recipe: Named after Mary queen of Scots. Best drink first thing Saturday morning after a good Friday night out.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 1 

    • ice cubes
    • 2 measures vodka
    • 6 measures of tomato juice
    • splash of dry sherry
    • juice of half a lemon
    • dash of Worcestshire sauce
    • dash of Tabasco® sauce
    • pinch of salt
    • pinch pepper
    • 1 celery stick
    • slice of lemon

    Method

    1. Stick the ice, vodka, sherry, tomato juice and lemon juice in a shaker.
    2. Add a dash of Tabasco® and Worcestershire sauce; shake well.
    3. Strain into a tall glass add salt and pepper.
    4. Stick in the celery and lemon.
    5. Serve!
