Easy mackerel pate

    My friend served me this and it was delicious. I had to put it on. Serve with some slices of crusty bread.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 2 mackerel fillets
    • 200g Greek yoghurt
    • juice of 1/2 lemon

    Method

    1. Cut up the fillets into thirds and place them in a blender or a food processor. Blend till smooth and then add the yoghurt. Process again for 20 seconds and add the lemon juice. Process till smooth. Spoon into a serving dish then place in the fridge until ready to serve.
