    This is a great recipe to make your own fajita spice mix. Double the ingredients to make a larger batch and keep in an airtight container for future use.

    • 1 tablespoon cornflour
    • 2 teaspoons chilli powder
    • 1 teaspoon sea salt
    • 1 teaspoon paprika
    • 1 teaspoon sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoon onion granules
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic granules
    • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

    1. Stir cornflour, chilli powder, salt, paprika, sugar, onion granules, garlic granules, cayenne pepper and cumin together in a small bowl.

    This is really good. I used celery salt instead os sea salt. I cooked half with left over chicken breast the other with bell peppers, sweetcorn and quorn. I added about 250ml of passata to each and a small amount of water and simmered til piping hot. As other reviewers have said much cheaper than shop bought mixes and I think tastier too.  -  20 Mar 2018
