Into a microwave-safe bowl, break the chocolate into small pieces. Microwave in 30 second increments until melted, stirring frequently.
Chop biscuits into pieces, crush Maltesers®, cut marshmallow in half, then add to the bowl of melted chocolate and mix well to incorporate along with any other fruit or candy you wish to add.
Line a square cake tin with baking parchment then spoon in the mixture and spread out evenly. Top with extra crushed biscuits, Maltesers® and marshmallows. Place in the fridge to set. When ready to serve, remove from the oven and slice and serve.
Tips, before you put fridge you can drizzle white, plain or dark chocolate to make more yummy.
