About this recipe: These only take about 15 minutes to make and then you leave them in the fridge for two hours until set. Use your favourite silicone mould to make the chocolate into festive shapes.

    Ingredients
    Makes: 40 Christmas chocolates

    • 100g milk chocolate, roughly chopped
    • 100g white chocolate, roughly chopped

    Method
    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Extra time:2hr setting  ›  Ready in:2hr15min

    1. Melt the milk chocolate in a double boiler, or in a pan over barely simmering water, stirring constantly.
    2. Pour the chocolate into chocolate sweet size silicone moulds of your choice. Place in the fridge to set for 2 hours. Repeat steps one and two with the white chocolate.
    3. To get your chocolates out of the silicone mould, gently push them upwards out of the mould. Avoid getting finger prints on the chocolate as you lift them out. Arrange on a decorative plate and serve.
