    About this recipe: Trust me, it's good! It's made with fresh mango, orange juice, frozen banana, carrots, vanilla yogurt and ground ginger. You can switch vanilla yogurt to Greek or natural yogurt if you like.

    Serves: 2 

    • 60ml orange juice, or to taste
    • 1 mango, sliced
    • 1 frozen banana, sliced
    • 1 small carrot or 2 baby carrots, peeled
    • 170g vanilla yogurt
    • 2 ice cubes, or as desired
    • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

    1. Pour orange juice into a blender and add mango, frozen banana, carrots, vanilla yogurt, ice cubes and ginger. Pulse several times to crush ice, then blend until smooth, 30 seconds to 1 minute.
