About this recipe:This banana and peach smoothie contains only natural sugars. It's served in a bowl which allows you to top it with a selection of nuts and dried fruit. I enjoy it with grated coconut, almonds and raisins but feel free to experiment!
For the smoothie
1 banana, divided
80g frozen peach slices
2 tablespoons unsweetened apple sauce
2 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons coconut oil
1 tablespoon freshly grated coconut
1 tablespoon flaked almonds
1 tablespoon raisins

Blend 1/2 banana, peaches, apple sauce, water and coconut oil together in a blender until smooth; pour into a serving bowl.
Slice remaining half banana and arrange on top of smoothie. Add grated coconut, flaked almonds and raisins.
Most of the larger supermarkets sell fresh coconut pieces which are easy to grate.
