About this recipe: Is this too easy? Melt a bar of Aldi Choceur® dark chocolate with whole hazelnuts in a bowl over a pan of barely simmering water. Make simple pancakes. Spread the melted chocolate and nuts onto the pancakes, roll and pour over double cream. Don't blame me if you love them too much!
Pancake batter benefits from time to rest before cooking. If possible, place the pancake batter in the fridge for at least 30 minutes prior to cooking.
