About this recipe: A simple and fun idea for a children's Easter dessert or breakfast. A selection of fruit in the shape of a fluffy chick!


Serves: 1 

  • 400g pineapple chunks (fresh or tinned)
  • 200g strawberries
  • 100g blueberries
  • 100g dried apricots

Prep:10min  ›  Ready in:10min 

  1. Arrange the pineapple chunks on a small plate in a flat circle for the chick's face.
  2. Trim the strawberries into wedges and use to form the comb of the chick.
  3. Place 2 blueberries for the eyes and a wedge of dried apricot for the beak. Add two more apricots for the feet.
