A simple and fun idea for a children's Easter dessert or breakfast. A selection of fruit in the shape of a fluffy chick!

Serves: 1
- 400g pineapple chunks (fresh or tinned)
- 200g strawberries
- 100g blueberries
- 100g dried apricots

- Arrange the pineapple chunks on a small plate in a flat circle for the chick's face.
- Trim the strawberries into wedges and use to form the comb of the chick.
- Place 2 blueberries for the eyes and a wedge of dried apricot for the beak. Add two more apricots for the feet.
