Autumn fruit and yoghurt breakfast bowl

    This delicious vegan dish is so simple, time - efficient, and easy to make. Perfect for when you're on the go. I wouldn't recommend snacking, because the stomach needs a rest of 5 hours in between each meal, to prevent it being overloaded and not working efficiently. However, if you are looking for a healthy snack, this is one you will definitely opt for, especially in the autumn season. Packed with fresh autumnal fruits and a dash of yoghurt, the secret ingredient to the wonderful flavour is the maple syrup!

    Serves: 1 

    • 4 heaped tablespoon plain soya yoghurt
    • 1 plum
    • 1/2 red apple, or 1 small red apple
    • 1 drizzle pure maple syrup

    1. Dollop your yoghurt into a small bowl, preferably the one you will eat from. Chop your fruit into bitesize chunks.
    2. Pour fruit on top of the yoghurt and stir gently, being sure to leave some fruit on top of the yoghurt. The contrast colours will look lovely. Feel free to experiment with your favourite fruit, and turn this dish into a summer fruit bowl by adding fresh berries and a drizzle of honey instead.
    3. Drizzle over your maple syrup, and that's all there is to it! Eat and enjoy!
