Margarita with kiwi bursting bubbles

    We love to mix our cocktails with bursting bubble juice balls for a tasty and quirky cocktail revamp. Our PopaBall Kiwi Bubbles Margarita recipe brings a unique twist to your normal margarita cocktail and will go down a treat at home cocktail parties. Bursting Bubbles, also known as popping boba, are little bubbles of fruity juice usually added to bubble tea but we like them in cocktails too! With only 33 calories per serving of our bursting bubbles you are left feeling refreshed and guilt free...although maybe a little tipsy! You don’t have to be a cocktail expert to master this simple recipe so why not give it a go?

    • tequila
    • triple sec
    • lime juice
    • PopaBall kiwi bursting bubbles
    • kiwi fruit slices

    1. Rub the rim of a margarita glass with kiwi slice and then dip in salt. Add crushed ice to a cocktail shaker. Add 2 parts tequila. Add 1 part triple sec. Add 1 part lime juice. Shake well for 30 seconds then strain into a margarita glass.
    2. Add 1 tablespoon Kiwi Bursting Bubbles and garnish with a slice of kiwi. Enjoy using a chunky straw.
