    About this recipe: A delicious, chocolaty breakfast energy drink made with oats, almonds, soya milk, banana, cacao and cocoa powder. Great for runners!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 1 

    • 20g oats
    • 1 tablespoon almonds
    • 235ml vanilla soya milk
    • 1 banana
    • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
    • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

    Method

    1. Grind oats and almonds to a flour-like consistency using a food processor or grinder. Blend soya milk and banana in a blender. Add ground oats and almonds, cacao powder and cocoa powder; blend until smooth, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
