    About this recipe: This filling breakfast bowl will give you that needed boost and keep you full all morning. It is packed full of protein, and delicious creamy. The ricotta and coconut milk mix together so easily which means there's no need for a blender (which means less washing up)!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 1 

    • 60g ricotta cheese
    • 1 tablespoon coconut milk
    • 1 tablespoon honey, or to taste
    • 1 tablespoon flaked almonds
    • 1 tablespoon flaked or desiccated coconut
    • 70g blueberries, or to taste

    1. Combine ricotta cheese and coconut milk in a bowl. Drizzle honey on top and sprinkle over flaked almonds and coconut. Top with blueberries.
