Kale, avocado and cannellini bean smoothie

    Don't be put off by the beans! This breakfast smoothie will keep you full for quite some time. The avocado and beans make it a really creamy smoothie without adding any dairy. It's sweetened naturally with a small amount of mango and banana.

    • 1/2 avocado
    • 80g frozen mango
    • 1 leaf kale
    • 1/2 banana
    • 2 tablespoons cannellini beans, drained
    • 120ml water, or more as needed

    1. Layer avocado, mango, kale, banana, cannellini beans and water in a blender; blend until smooth, adding more water for a thinner smoothie.
