Cucumber, pineapple and pear are blended with fresh ginger and a secret ingredient (cannellini beans) to create a creamy and filling, dairy free, vegan smoothie!
I made this but using a whole foods organic juice blend instead of OJ. The juice has banana and stawberry in it. With the fresh banana, cuke and ginger, it turned out really nicely.
