Pea salad

    This recipe involves just two main ingredients: fresh garden peas and lemon! The freshness and flavour of the raw peas pop in your mouth! Serve as a summer side dish or toss with leftover pasta, salmon and fresh mint if you need something more filling.

    • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

    This is so simple, and so delishious that it makes the perfect salad for warm days! I used a bag of frozen peas, after letting it come to room temp. ( don't cook them!)
