About this recipe: Mashed bananas are vegan and vegetarian! So why not try? Ideal as a snack on the go or a quick breakfast.

  • 2 bananas
  • brown or white sugar, to taste
  • soya milk or almond milk

  1. Peel bananas and put in the bowl. Mash with the fork or potato masher until mashed. Sprinkle with sugar and milk. Serve.
