    About this recipe: A creamy banana strawberry smoothie made with almond milk. It has plenty of chia seeds and flax seeds for an added boost.

    • 240ml almond milk
    • 1 chopped banana, frozen
    • 120g strawberries
    • 3 ice cubes
    • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 teaspoon honey
    • 1 teaspoon milled flaxseed
    • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    1. Blend almond milk, banana, strawberries, ice cubes, protein powder, vanilla extract, honey, flaxseed, chia seeds and cinnamon in a blender until smooth.
