My quick and easy chilli

    A very quick and easy chilli that tastes slow-cooked. You can use baked beans or kidney beans, up to you.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 2 tablespoons rapeseed oil
    • 2 onions, chopped
    • 200g sliced mushrooms
    • 750g beef mince
    • 1 jar Old El Paso® chilli sauce
    • 1 tin Heinz® baked beans
    • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh chilli
    • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
    • 2 heaped dessertspoons sugar
    • Amoy® hot sweet chilli sauce, to taste

    Method

    1. Heat the rapeseed oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the mushroom and onion and cover and cook till softened.
    2. Uncover, add the mince and cook till browned.
    3. Add all the other ingredients to the pan and stir. Cook on a low heat for 1 hour. Serve in a bowl with crusty bread.
