About this recipe: This tasty snack or breakfast is quick and easy to make and fits in the palm of your hand! Bread is baked in a fairy cake tin with bacon, cheese and egg.

Makes: 2 

  • 2 slices white bread
  • 2 rashers streaky bacon
  • 20g grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs

Prep:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

  1. Use a glass to cut the bread into a circle to fit the bottom of 2 sections of a fairy cake tin. Place a grilled rasher of bacon around the edge of each. Sprinkle each with grated cheese, then break the egg over the cheese. & cook in the oven for 10 mins at 200 degrees
  2. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 C / Gas 6.
