About this recipe: Watermelon, mango, raspberries and a squeeze of lemon juice is all you need (other than ice pop moulds) for these homemade fruity ice pops! Sweeten with a little honey or agave syrup if needed.


Makes: 6 ice pops

  • 300g watermelon, seeds removed and cubed
  • 160g mango chunks
  • 60g raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Prep:15min  ›  Extra time:4hr freezing  ›  Ready in:4hr15min 

  1. Blend watermelon, mango, raspberries and lemon juice in a blender until smooth; pour into ice pop moulds and insert handles or sticks.
  2. Freeze until firm, at least 4 hours.
