Made with cream cheese and dark cherries, this frozen yogurt will remind you of cherry cheesecake. Stir through some broken digestives and chocolate chips if you feel like treating yourself!

225g cream cheese
200g caster sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
600g plain Greek yougurt
300g fresh cherries, pitted and chopped

In a large bowl, mash the cream cheese with sugar until thoroughly combined; stir in the lemon juice, and mix in the yogurt, about 200g at a time, until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Mix in the cherries. Cover the bowl with cling film, and chill until very cold, at least 4 hours.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream freezer, and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. For firmer texture, pack the frozen yogurt into a covered container, and freeze for several hours.
