About this recipe:
Cumberland sausage which has a rich and juicy flavour goes well in this simple sandwich.
1 Cumberland sausage, or your favourite variety
2 slices bread
1 knob butter
- Cook your sausage in a frying pan or under the grill till no longer pink in the centre.
- Butter the bread, then place the sausage on top of one slice and top with the other.
