Naan pizzas

    I enjoyed making these with my step mum last year. It was a quicker and healthier way of having pizza with less of the calories yet very filling!

    Ingredients
    Makes: 4 naan pizzas

    • 4 medium sized naan breads
    • 15 olives, chopped in quarters
    • 4 slices salami, cut into strips
    • 6 to 8 tablespoons pizza sauce
    • 200g mature Cheddar cheese, grated

    Method
    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4.
    2. Place the naan on a baking tray. Cover each with an even layer of pizza sauce. Sprinkle over the cheese, then top with the salami and olives.
    3. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden.
