About this recipe:
I enjoyed making these with my step mum last year. It was a quicker and healthier way of having pizza with less of the calories yet very filling!
Makes: 4 naan pizzas
4 medium sized naan breads
15 olives, chopped in quarters
4 slices salami, cut into strips
6 to 8 tablespoons pizza sauce
200g mature Cheddar cheese, grated
- Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4.
- Place the naan on a baking tray. Cover each with an even layer of pizza sauce. Sprinkle over the cheese, then top with the salami and olives.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden.
