About this recipe: Skip coffee and get an extra boost from this dairy-free smoothie made with frozen berries, banana, pineapple and cold black tea.

  • 250ml brewed black tea, chilled
  • 250g frozen mixed berries
  • 250g frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana, broken into chunks and frozen
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 3 fresh mint leaves, or more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
