    About this recipe: A delicious soup that your baby will love. Mashed butternut squash and brown rice make for a complete and nutritious meal.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 250g cooked, mashed butternut squash
    • 120ml water
    • 50g cooked brown rice
    • 1 tablespoon natural yoghurt, or to taste

    1. Blend butternut squash and water together in a food processor until smooth. Slowly mix brown rice into squash mixture until desired consistency is reached; stir in yoghurt.

    Ideas

    You could use breast milk or formula instead of water in this recipe.
    The yoghurt is optional and you may wish to omit it if you haven't introduced dairy to your baby yet.
