About this recipe: These ice pops are made with avocado, agave nectar and lime juice. This recipe is enough for 8 ice pops. They are a very handy dessert over the summer holidays!

Serves: 8 

  • 120ml agave nectar
  • 240ml warm water
  • 2 avocados, diced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 pinch salt

Prep:5min  ›  Extra time:6hr freezing  ›  Ready in:6hr5min 

  1. Stir agave nectar into warm water; pour into a blender. Add avocados, lime juice and salt; blend until smooth. Pour avocado mixture into ice pop moulds leaving a little bit of space at the top.
  2. Freeze until completely solid, about 6 hours.
