    About this recipe: Turmeric and mango make a lovely bright coloured smoothie that is quick and easy to prepare for breakfast.

    Serves: 2 

    • 2 bananas, broken into chunks
    • 165g frozen mango chunks
    • 2 tablespoons cashew butter
    • 1/8 teaspoon ground turmeric
    • 475ml water

    1. Combine bananas, mango, cashew butter and turmeric powder in a blender; add water. Blend mixture until smooth.
