Healthy oven baked whole sea bass

    Here is my family's favourite healthy oven baked sea bass recipe. Easy and quick to make. Serve it with fresh salad. The fish will come out delicious.

    Makes: 1 whole fish

    • 1 whole sea bass
    • 1 tablespoon dried coriander
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 teaspoon butter, for greasing

    1. Preheat the oven to 200 C / 180 C Fan / Gas 6.
    2. Slash the fish three times to the bone with a sharp knife on both sides. Coat the fish with coriander, salt and pepper.
    3. Spread butter on a sheet of foil. Place fish in centre of foil. Gather up the foil loosely and turn over at the top to seal. Place the parcel on a baking tray.
    4. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
