    About this recipe: Here is my family's favourite healthy oven baked sea bass recipe. Easy and quick to make. Serve it with fresh salad. The fish will come out delicious.

    Ingredients
    Makes: 1 whole fish

    • 1 whole sea bass
    • 1 tablespoon dried coriander
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 teaspoon butter, for greasing

    Method
    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:25min 

    1. Preheat the oven to 200 C / 180 C Fan / Gas 6.
    2. Slash the fish three times to the bone with a sharp knife on both sides. Coat the fish with coriander, salt and pepper.
    3. Spread butter on a sheet of foil. Place fish in centre of foil. Gather up the foil loosely and turn over at the top to seal. Place the parcel on a baking tray.
    4. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
