About this recipe: This is the easiest cake recipe ever which you can modify readily by changing the yoghurt flavour or adding other goodies like choc chips or nuts. It only has 4 ingredients and is a true 1-2-3-4 cake. You will not stop at one slice!

Serves: 12

  • 2 tubs of self-raising flour (use the empty yoghurt tub to measure)
  • 3 tubs of caster sugar (use the empty yoghurt tub to measure)
