About this recipe: After about a month of eating solids, I wanted to start introducing more flavours to my son. Butternut squash is a great first food, and here it is roasted with a little olive oil and thyme for a tasty puree that any baby will love!
Freeze in 30ml portions in an ice cube tray for use later. Defrost in the fridge or for 30 to 60 seconds in the microwave.
