    About this recipe: Pistachios, macademia nuts, marshmallows, dried cranberries and coconut are covered in melted white chocolate and set in the fridge to harden. Then simply slice into squares and devour!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 12 

    • 360g white chocolate, broken up
    • 250g marshmallows, sliced into halves
    • 100g macadamia nuts, chopped
    • 100g dried cranberries
    • 70g pistachios
    • 40g desiccated coconut

    Method

    1. Line a 20cm dish with greasproof paper.
    2. Melt white chocolate in a microwave (or in a double boiler), stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth. Stir in marshmallows, macadamia nuts, cranberries, pistachios and coconut.
    3. Pour into prepared baking dish then refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. Remove from fridge and slice into bite sized pieces with a warm knife.
