Fry bacon and onion in a frying pan adding a tablespoon of oil. Fry for 10 minutes or until lardons are browned and the onions translucent.
In a pan, simmer the broccoli and cauliflower for 10 minutes. In a second pan boil the pasta for 10 minutes. Drain well and place veg and pasta in a large ovenproof dish. Add the bacon and onion along with the sweetcorn, peas and the jar of sauce. Mix well, then top with the grated cheese and sprinkle paprika over the cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated 180 C / Gas 4 oven, till the cheese has melted and is just going light brown.
