100g Tesco® chilli, ginger and lime marinated mackerel fillets

Simmer stock with cabbage and onion until beginning to soften. Add the rest of the ingredients except the fish and leave barely simmering while you cook the fish.
Heat a frying pan with a little oil over medium high heat. Add fish skin side down and cover with a lid. Cook, checking every 2 minutes; fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork.
Dish up the noodles and veg into bowls with the fish laid on top.
