About this recipe: A refreshing juice to get your day started with only 3 ingredients but packed full of vitamins! Perfect for those who don't like the overly-sweet flavour of carrot juice. The pineapple and lime really tone down the sweetness.


Serves: 2 

  • 1 lime, halved
  • 450g carrots, chopped
  • 330g fresh or tinned pineapple chunks
  • ice, as desired

  1. Process lime, carrots and pineapple through a juicer, respectively; serve over ice.


450g of carrots is about 6 to 7 medium carrots. Once juiced, it makes about 225ml of juice. 330g pineapple is about 1/3 of a fresh pineapple and makes about 225ml of juice. Use only 1/2 the lime if you prefer the juice less tart.
