75g brown sugar
25g oat bran
30g chia seeds
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon citrus peel
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
160g fresh strawberries, chopped
140g fresh blueberries

Preheat oven to 190 C / Gas 5. Spray a 20cm square glass baking dish with cooking spray.
Mix oats, brown sugar, oat bran, chia seeds, baking powder, cinnamon, peel and salt together in a bowl. Whisk milk, eggs, honey, butter and vanilla extract together in a separate bowl.
Layer strawberries into the prepared baking dish; top with oat mixture. Pour milk mixture over oat mixture and top with blueberries.
Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned and set, 23 to 28 minutes.
