    This easy green smoothie is a refreshing and tangy blend of carrot, apple, cucumber, kale, orange juice, ground turmeric, chia and flax seeds.

    • 350ml orange juice
    • 1/2 large cucumber
    • 2 carrots
    • 1 apple, cored
    • 4 ice cubes
    • 2 leaves kale
    • 1/2 lemon, juiced
    • 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
    • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
    • 1 tablespoon ground turmeric

    1. Combine orange juice, cucumber, carrots, apple, ice cubes, kale, lemon juice, flax seeds, chia seeds and turmeric in a high-powered blender; blend until smooth.
