    About this recipe: Try using coconut oil to pop your corn instead of butter or vegetable oil. It adds a lovely flavour.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
    • 50g popcorn kernels
    • sea salt to taste

    Method
    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:10min 

    1. Place popcorn and oil in a heavy-based pot over medium heat; cover the pot with a lid. Shake the pot constantly as popcorn pops. When popping slows to a few seconds in-between pops, after about 3 to 5 minutes, remove pot from heat and pour popcorn into a large bowl. Season with sea salt.
