Make a chocolate sauce topping that goes hard the instant it hits ice cream. It is quick and easy to make using 2 simple ingredients: chocolate and coconut oil. Get cracking!
You can use any oil that has NO flavour or has a flavour that is compatible with chocolate and your ice cream - rapeseed will work ok but the coconut oil makes it a tad crunchier! Add more oil for a thinner, crispier chocolate shell and add less for a thicker harder shell.
