About this recipe: Freshly popped popcorn is tossed with butter, sesame oil and Parmesan cheese for a savoury snack the whole family can enjoy. Season to your taste with salt and black pepper.


Serves: 8 

  • 70g popping corn
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 20g finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

  1. Pop popcorn in microwave according to packet instructions. Pour into a large bowl.
  2. Mix butter and sesame oil together in a small bowl. Drizzle over popcorn. Add Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper; toss well to coat.
