    About this recipe: Nectarine halves are topped with sugar and cooked until caramelised. Serve with a dollop of yogurt for a simple and fresh dessert.

    Serves: 2 

    • 1 nectarine
    • 2 tablespoons caster sugar, or to taste
    • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt

    1. Cut nectarine all the way around and twist open. Remove stone. Sprinkle sugar on the cut side of each nectarine half.
    2. Place nectarine, cut-side down, onto a griddle pan or in a non-stick pan over medium heat; cook for 1 1/2 minutes. Transfer nectarine to a plate, cut-side up, and top each half with plain yogurt.
