All you need for this fish batter is flour, salt, baking powder, milk and water. The results will be thinly-coated, crispy and delicious pieces of fish!

It wasn't good at all. I made it exactly like the recipe and it is way too much baking soda. Yikes. I then tried adding some paprika, onion and garlic powder and pepper . It was only slightly better.
