The instructions on how to make it weren't very detailed but when I made it using what I knew it came out a creamy thick cheese. It was very good and my family and friends enjoyed it!  -  07 Sep 2017  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)

Perfect nacho cheese and very easy to make. I added green chiles. It also doesn't go hard after refrigerating. It can easily be re-heated and still tastes great!  -  04 Sep 2017  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)

Brilliant base recipe for a truly delicious sauce. I used 5 cheese slices, 2oz of red leicester & 1.5oz of white cheddar. I also added 1t cayenne pepper & 1T sriracha cos we love spice. Was perfect poured over wedges, Thank you Mary Ann  -  21 Aug 2017  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)
