About this recipe: This quick and easy, 2-ingredient recipe combines peanut butter and maple syrup to make a yummy, sweet, salty, sink-your-teeth-in fudge.

  • 130g peanut butter
  • 60ml maple syrup
  • 2 sheets greaseproof paper

Prep:5min  ›  Extra time:10min freezing  ›  Ready in:15min 

  1. Whisk peanut butter and maple syrup together in a bowl until combined. Pour onto 1 sheet of greaseproof paper. Cover peanut butter mixture with second sheet of greaseproof paper; flatten.
  2. Place flattened peanut butter mixture into the freezer; freeze until hardened, about 10 minutes.
