Peanut butter freezer fudge

    This quick and easy, 2-ingredient recipe combines peanut butter and maple syrup to make a yummy, sweet, salty, sink-your-teeth-in fudge.

    Serves: 4 

    • 130g peanut butter
    • 60ml maple syrup
    • 2 sheets greaseproof paper

    Method
    Prep:5min  ›  Extra time:10min freezing  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. Whisk peanut butter and maple syrup together in a bowl until combined. Pour onto 1 sheet of greaseproof paper. Cover peanut butter mixture with second sheet of greaseproof paper; flatten.
    2. Place flattened peanut butter mixture into the freezer; freeze until hardened, about 10 minutes.

    This is delicious! The recipe didn't specify, but I used pure maple syrup. Also wasn't sure how flat to make it, but I just went with my instincts. I guess the only major downside is that you have to keep it in the freezer b/c it gets soft super quick. Yummy and creamy...a keeper!     My daughter and I made this for fun this afternoon. Quick and easy. Doubled the recipe and added about a 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips.
