My husband and I really enjoyed this recipe. I only made a few changes by adding crushed rosemary to the spice mix and using onion and garlic powders instead of salts. I added a twist or two of sea salt. I took another viewers suggestion of putting the chicken on top of onion slices. I served it with a green salad, scalloped potatoes and cranberries.
