We loved this chicken recipe. The only ingredient I didn't have was the oregano, and it still tasted good! Followed the recipe and the chicken came out crispy and juicy. I used boneless / skinless breasts instead of thighs W/ skin and bone! I do wish I would've doubled the seasonings as someone else had suggested, but the meal was still delicious! To finish the meal we had the "Elsie's Baked Mac and Cheese," recipe , with green beans and rolls. Suffice it to say "YES, we will be making this again! Best part no clean-up! My pan was clean after using the foil for easy clean, just toss and go!  -  18 Dec 2016  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)

This recipe is so simile and delicious. I rubbed the seasonings under the skin as well as sprinkling the outside of the skin. It was crisp and flavorful, just as the name suggests.  -  20 Jul 2017  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)

I marinated the thighs for 4 hours, after removing the skin. I used canola oil, lemon juice, granulated garlic, salt, pepper, cumin and Penzey spices' Northwoods fire. Then put them in the oven at 400 for 45 mins. Also quartered a potato and rubbed it with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper and romano cheese and put them in the same pan with the 3 chicken thighs. Came out fantastic! !  -  18 Jul 2017  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)
